My treatment mode is to help clients develop inner resources & develop resiliency through guided meditation, mindfulness practice, and reprocessing past trauma. EMDR is an important tool. My goal is to help clients gain a deeper understanding of themselves, build resiliency, and reach their full potential. I am also trained as a trauma specia​list and EMDR therapist. I believe trauma can keep people stuck in behaviors and emotional dysfunction and EMDR is a highly effective way of reprocessing "stuck" trauma.
