Hibbah is currently working on her Ph.D. in Counselor Educator and Supervision. She has 7 years of school counseling experience working in diverse settings along with clinical skills. She utilizes a strengths-based approach that enables individuals to recognize their own temperament and values to support themselves in ways that align with their true selves. She believes the goal-setting process of therapy is a collaborative process driven by the client. She utilizes a holistic wellness approach, utilizing methods such as yoga, breathing techniques, mindfulness, and strategic SMART goal-setting. Identifying as a part of the South Asian, Hibbah wants to do research on barriers to South Asian mental health and further support the community.
